A Solid Foundation is a large landscape painting on un-stretched canvas. I loved painting large. I truly felt like I was a part of the painting and although it felt like a full body work out, the process was incredibly enjoyable. I now have a larger square landscape ready to begin. I felt much more freedom, allowing even more intuitive abstracted brushwork. I am looking forward to creating more of these landscapes. This particular painting captures the moody coastal landscape where my home is situated on the Atlantic Ocean, allowing the viewer to take in the expanse of the large open sky above the wild rugged fields.
PAINTING WILL BE SHIPPED ROLLED IN A TUBE AND PROFESSIONAL STRETCHING AND FRAMING IS RECOMMENDED.
